Housing Development Corporation (HDC) maintains this portal (the “Portal”) as a courtesy to those who may choose to access the Portal (“Users”). All Material on this Portal from HDC and the access and use of this Portal by the Users constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

The information presented herein is for informative purposes only and is provided on “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. HDC makes every effort to ensure, but cannot and does not guarantee, and makes no warranties as to the accuracy, accessibility, integrity and timeliness of this information. Under no circumstances, , shall HDC be liable or responsible for any errors or omissions and further disclaims any liability of any nature for any loss howsoever caused in connection with using this Portal or the material herein.

7. The User acknowledges and accepts that HDC reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Portal or any materials in any respect, at any time without notice.
8. The User acknowledges and accepts that HDC reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to terminate or suspend the Users access to the Portal immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever,

The User hereby declare and confirm that all information submitted by the User through the Portal is true, accurate and correct The User also understand and agrees that the falsification, misrepresentation or omission of any information in any of the submitted information/documents will be cause for cancellation of the submission.
10. The User acknowledges and accepts that, HDC reserve the right, at HDC’s sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions.
11. The laws of Maldives, shall govern this Terms and Conditions and the User’s use of the Service.
